The best answer I can give to that, Deputy, is that on 25 or 26 September, we incorporated in our legislation a power to provide a guarantee which could be narrow or broad, so there was obviously an acknowledgement or an appreciation or recognition that a guarantee was part of the options that would ultimately have to be considered by Government-----
