Like, is that not basically the same thing as saying ... if you're saying that the deposits should be placed with the institutions to give confidence to them, is that not the same thing, i.e. "The only institution that you aren't placing deposits with is Anglo so, therefore, we think that you should". Is it not just saying the same thing by a different means?
