Thank you, Chair. Mr. Beausang, on page 7 of your own statement, you refer "to the need to establish a formal structure for communication and information exchange on financial stability matters between" - I assume you mean between the Department of Finance and Central Bank and Financial Regulator. Perhaps you might outline the effectiveness of communications that existed prior to the establishment of the domestic standing group - so that's relationships between ... communications, rather, between the Central Bank, the Financial Regulator and yourselves.
