Okay, thank you very much. With that said I'd like to thank Mr. Moran for his participation today and for his engagement with the inquiry. In doing so the witness is now excused. I don't want to suspend the meeting for a moment, I want to go into private session just to deal with some time management issues to see where we're going to go for the remainder of the evening.
