Can I ask that if, with the benefit of hindsight, you had the full detail of what was beneath the bonnet, to use my colleague's phrase, would it have made any difference in the consideration of the options available in terms of the guarantee? Would it have prevented the guarantee? Would it have pushed you in the direction of other solutions as those you've outlined to Senator Barrett?
