Can I ask you then, in relation to your time on the board of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority between 2003 and 2006, when property lending began to soar, did you at any opportunity during that juncture raise some of the concerns which your Department had, we'll say, with regard to increases in expenditure and maybe the cyclical nature of revenues? Did you use your position on the board to raise any of those concerns at the time?
