I move amendment No. 265:

In page 65, lines 34 and 35, to delete all words from and including “(1) The” in line 34 down to and including line 35 and substitute the following:“(1) The Courts Service shall appoint a person to be known as the Director of the Decision Support Service to perform the functions conferred on the Director by this Act.”.
