This is one of the issues the interest groups brought to our attention. We debated the best way to negotiate on the timeframe involved and decided that six months should be the starting point of the negotiations. The Minister of State argues that six months is too short, while we argue that three years is too long. We tabled amendment No. 192 to ask the Minister of State to reconsider before Report Stage a way of improving on that time period.
