We believe this is a very robust section and, of course, we could keep adding to it. We could come up with another 400 amendments. Of course, we can keep adding to it but we really need to get this legislation through. The Chairman and I have been working on this for 20 years and we need to get this through. Of course, people may have amendments that would be beneficial but we cannot just keep adding to it. If I thought for one minute that we did not have a robust section, I would be very open on the issue but it is very robust. That is not to say the Deputy's comments will not be considered once we conclude this part of the Bill. We have been open about this process and we will continue to be. However, we cannot continue to amend it; we really need to get it on the Statute Book.
