I move amendment No. 134:

In page 35, between lines 27 and 28, to insert the following:“(7) In making a decision-making representation order, the court shall require the decision-making representative, or decision-making representatives if there is more than one, to sign a statement indicating that he or she—

(a) understands and undertakes to act in accordance with the powers conferred and the duties imposed on him or her by the court, and

(b) understands and undertakes to act in accordance with the guiding principles set out in section 8.”.
