I move amendment No. 119:

In page 25, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following:“(11) Judges hearing and determining proceedings under this Part and legal practitioners appearing in such proceedings shall not wear wigs or gowns.”.

Amendment No. 119 is to ensure court proceedings are as informal as possible so as not to intimidate potential vulnerable people having to come to court.
