I move amendment No. 109:

In page 23, lines 27 to 29, to delete all words from and including “or” in line 27 down to and including “section 46)” in line 29 and substitute the following:“, power of attorney (whether an enduring power or otherwise and whether or not the power is registered under section 46) or advance healthcare directive”.
