I move amendment No. 102:

In page 22, line 10, before “(1) An application” to insert the following:“(1) Subject to subsections (1) and (2), a relevant person, or any person who has attained the age of 18 years and who has a bona fide interest in the welfare of a relevant person, may make an application to the court under this Part.”.

This amendment sets out the categories of persons, including a person with capacity difficulties, who can make an application to the court on a matter relating to a decision-making capacity.
