No. Our role was basically to make sure that the structures were in place and that they operated as they were supposed to in the sense that we provided the regulatory authority with whatever support it needed in terms of resources and so on, again as part of the legislation that set it out. And I think there is more or less universal agreement that there was no ... certainly during my time, I never remember anybody being refused extra staff.
