I ask Deputy Ó Snodaigh to reconsider because I do not think it needs to be put into the Bill. To give the Deputy a stick with which to beat me, I can tell him I hope to be able to do this within a matter of weeks, rather than months. My officials and I have been very committed to this legislation and it has become a mission to make sure it is passed before the summer and then enacted.
