On the legal position, will the Minister of State clarify what is happening in terms of the Court of Appeal? I understand there has been a change of dates. Also, if the Government amendments are accepted, how will this affect the amendments we have tabled? Will they fall by the wayside? I seek clarity on which amendments will fall.
