The last time Professor McHale was here, we discussed the issue of stimulus. The State still has major infrastructural gaps within housing, broadband and a lot of the infrastructure a competitive economy needs. Professor McHale mentioned that there was still space at that moment in time for the Government to be involved in capital investment in these, and for stimulus. In other words, there was capacity within the economy. Is that still the case?
