I could probably mount an argument for going back in the 1990s. And I would include in that the radical deregulation of financial services that happened in the US and the UK and which Ireland followed. But I guess in more substantive terms, my judgment, there isn't a magic date when you say they rang a bell and said it's now started. My judgment would be that it was some time around 2006, 2007.
