I think it goes back, Senator, to what I said earlier in terms of the ... No. 1, that any concerns about the banking system or individual banks, it's not appropriate to make those in public, so they wouldn't have been visible to the public. And also perhaps an inappropriate feeling that everything all was better than it was.
