I don't think it set out to tell lies and if you read the commentary very closely and read between the lines, I think you can get a sense of a growing level of unease in it. And, indeed, some of the analysis that was in the back of it, and I think Tom O'Connell referred to this yesterday, was showing a lot of the concerns.
