Okay. The annual financial stability reports ... you make, I think, quite an important point that, in a sense, it almost had to be sanitised because of the risk of stoking fear or spooking the horses, as you put it. But doesn't that go to the very heart of the integrity of the document? I mean, you said earlier on that the financial stability report didn't reflect the concerns of board members. Isn't that quite an extraordinary situation, that people who would have been reading that report and relying on that report, that it really didn't give the full picture?
