That it wasn't an option, we actually ended up there. So, what I'm trying to just nail this down, and then we'll go for coffee, was there a high-level discussion with regard to taking some sanctions at some level or other, at your level and across the board and we know that that didn't happen, so I just want to find out was it discussed and why was it not progressed out of that discussion, if there was a discussion?
