I just will quote Eugene Sheehy on this one: "By and large I found the people in banking institutions to be people who are serious about their job, serious about their customers, serious in long-term profits", not short-term profits. I think that there were certain weaknesses in the system. For instance, I had spoken about ... in many speeches I made I spoke about ... bonus systems should not be based on profits, they should not be based on share prices.
