I'll read out the section and it's very short. It's headed "Examples of Interactive Engagement". It says "Based on a review of [the] sample of board papers during 1992, 1995 and 2000, we have not identified matters escalated to the Board where it was decided that it was necessary to pursue prudential breaches by credit institutions on a more formal basis other than through interactive engagement based on moral suasion." The policy of approach in prudential breaches through interactive engagement based on moral suasion, based on your experience, would this be normal or not approach for a central bank to take?
