There was ... you didn't ... you didn't have to change any rules, you didn't have to have a change of documents, you just actually decided to send investigators into the banks, which were always the power within principles-based regulation and asked for more reports and asked for more documents. Is that not the case that there was no real change to the type of the regulation, it's just how you applied the type of regulation?
