You began your statement to the inquiry today with the remark that Ireland's banking and economic crash should never have been allowed to happen. So, without getting into specific personalities - we're maybe dealing now in an institutional level - do you think that it shouldn't have been allowed to happen at an institutional level, and can you maybe identify which institutions were predominantly to take responsibility for this? Is it the Central Bank, the Financial Regulator, the Government, the Department of Finance? Who is it?
