I move amendment No. 27:
In page 12, between lines 15 and 16, to insert the following:“(3) The National Expert Advisory Council shall be independent in the performance of its functions.”.
I was going to call a vote on this matter, but in view of the Minister's commitment to look at it before Report Stage, I will withdraw the amendment.
