I move amendment No. 25:

In page 12, to delete lines 11 to 15 and substitute the following:“(2) There shall stand established, on the establishment day, a body which shall be known, in the Irish language, as An Chomhairle Chomhairleach um Athrú Aeráide or, in the English language, as the Climate Change Advisory Council (in this Act referred to as the “Advisory Council”) to perform the functions assigned to it under this Act.”.

This amendment is about the independence of the expert advisory council and it is a matter of extreme importance. I am trying to keep track of these amendments. Which one are we on now?
