Mr. Patrick Neary:

No, but ... but I think ... I think, you know, very few people would dispute that the style of regulation that the authority adopted did not address the situation that pertained in Ireland during the period before the crisis. And I think very few people would dispute that a far more intrusive form of regulation was required. And, I mean, you can see what is happening throughout Europe now, that everything has changed; the complete regulatory structure in Europe has changed.
