I don't think so, Senator, because a great part of the prudential role was enshrined in the EU legal requirements, like the capital and the liquidity, the large exposures, all of that, so we applied the very same level of legal requirements to the entities operating, let's say, in the IFSC as we did to the domestic banks, and so it would be hard to see how that might have been a factor.
