Well, it seems to me that there were characteristics in the Irish economy at that time that weren't present at the same extent in other European jurisdictions. And I think we outlined some of those, where there was incredible demand in the economy, there was a growth, there was a lot of household formation, there seemed to be great appetite for property and it could be funded easily in a very low-cost and very liquid international market for funds.
