Okay. In my day-to-day relationship, I would have dealt with the chairman and the chairman would have set my strategic targets and that in accordance with the strategy and he would have monitored my performance and all of that. I would have had that discussion with the chairman as a kind of a line relationship. But in relation to the delivery of the strategy and to the other functions, the administrative functions that were delegated to me, I had to account to the authority for those.
