Okay, I accept that point, that that is true.... put that construct ... I can't recall that there was any ... evaluation of that particular matter in relation to dividends at the time. But I think, in relation to the, to the discussion we've had, if we wanted to stop a dividend, would we have had the powers? And I venture to answer in a constructive way, that yes, I believe we would have had the power to restrict the payment of a dividend in advance of any dividend being paid.
