Well, I'm trying to be as kind as I can to the people and the process and what engagement went on in banking supervision without jumping to conclusions. It may have been acted upon in banking supervision but I think what we're talk ... what we're talking about here was, was I made aware of it, and the answer is, "No." But that doesn't mean that it wasn't acted upon or some, some, some follow-up action happened.
