I mean, if that statement was made and was in some way substantiated by the meeting and, you know, that assumption had been validated, it would have changed everything but I don't remember that statement or that ... those assumptions being shared or discussed or in any way convincing arguments put forward with any evidence to support that. I have no recollection of that particular sentiment being expressed. But it's there in black and white and, you know, if that was the strongly-held view of the Secretary General of the Department of Finance, I mean, I think he would have intervened very strongly and I would have expected that he would have argued very strongly to protect that assessment, that he wouldn't-----
