Well, certainly, and, you know, I would have to put an interpretation on this ... certainly, after the time of the guarantee and subsequent to that ... certainly there was a series of meetings that were arranged by the Department of Finance with all the banks to discuss business plans and discuss options from mergers and whatever. Now, at that stage, the Financial Regulator was not invited to participate in those discussions. Those discussions took place ... the Central Bank were involved, the Minister and the Department officials were involved, but we weren't. And there seemed to be ... it seemed to me that, for some reason or another, the Department of Finance were less than happy to have us there. Now, I don't know how to interpret that.
