All of those institutions were in compliance with their ratios, and in the case of those two particular institutions, the ratios were pitched higher than everybody else. Not only were they in compliance with the ratios, but they had, as I just mentioned to you earlier, all the banks had some surplus capital as well. Some weeks before that, I had seen a table that had been presented, prepared, I think, by some international college of regulators, I can't remember where it was, which showed me where our required ratio stood in relation to the other countries in Europe, and we were close to the top of that.
