I didn't believe that any institution was insolvent on the date of the guarantee. Based on the information available to us, which ... I've talked about it before, came in from the returns. They came in from the institutions. And also we had had Pricewaterhouse in in a couple of the institutions and also there was another corporate finance house which was advising one of the institutions, had also looked over the portfolio. And based on all of those sources, there was no evidence that there was a solvency issue in any of the institutions on the night of the guarantee.
