In the sense that the system did not deliver a desired outcome, it does not stand to any of us in the regulator, unfortunately ... leave us in a good position. All I can say in response to that is I believed in that system, I misjudged the risk and it resulted in the situation where we found ourselves at the end of the day. All I can do is express my regret for that and that is as far as I can go with that.
