Well ,I would have thought that, because of the way in which the portfolios of the banks were expanding, that they had picked up on this in a financial stability department, which ties in with what we were saying earlier on. That this growth in the system is a financial stability ... a systemic risk matter and they must have picked up on that and wanted to have it addressed as part of the stress test. Now I am speculating.
