Mr. Patrick Neary:

Well, I think it's important that you have to take account of the fact that these loans were in compliance with the law. These loans had ... had those loans exhibited any impairment, it would have been our ... our job to make sure that proper provisions were made and charges were made against the capital in assessing the capital position of each of those banks and that would have been our primary focus. And in relation to whether or not that constituted a risk to the system, it was the focus of the Central Bank.
