No, I think, Senator, I think it's important. This, thankfully, is an opportunity for people within the regulator to advise the committee, if you like, of an alternative view of the regulator. I think it's important for balance that the regulator should also try and give their sense of ... of what happened, the measures that they tried to take, albeit that they didn't work.
