The authority was, you know, quite insistent that if there was ... if there was flesh on the bones anywhere else that could be moved across, it should be done. Now, you have a question, the question arises that ... I mean, Mrs. Burke's area was a very complex area in terms of the move to Basel. This was becoming a very complex environment, and she required, you know, skills, a skill set that had kind of accounting or banking or, you know, that type of financial expertise. And it wasn't always necessary ... necessarily the case that there were people in other departments that could be easily transferred in to take up the running on what she wanted done.
