That was a non-executive role although Mr. Patterson in the earlier years of the establishment of the regulatory authority, oversaw a lot of the bedding down of the authority and sort of the structured arrangements and the whole project. So while he wasn't an executive, he certainly was involved to a greater extent than say Mr. Farrell was later on.
