Well I think it was the position of the authority that no distinction should be made between the approach to banks operating domestically and those in the IFSC. Because they have concern that a lesser regime that might apply to the international banks might be seen as in some way promoting the kind of the tax advantages of establishing in the IFSC, and in some way a less demanding regime on them, for that reason.
