Thank you very much. I just want to deal with one or two other matters. Just to clarify, you said nationalisation was discussed on the night there. You say, Mr. Hurley that there was legislation for the nationalising of a bank. Is your testimony to the committee today that whilst nationalising of banks was being discussed in Government Buildings on the night of the guarantee, at no time did anyone make reference to legislation being prepared or ... discussed the item ... that there may be legislation that we can now look at?
