These were indicators that were pointed to by the Central Bank as risks to financial stability in all of the reports. The reports are very transparent in relation to this. All of this data was pointed out and an assessment was made of the risks. And the risks at the time were assessed on the basis that financial stability was sound and was okay but this all changed later on, you know, when the overall financial crisis hit, but at this particular time, the assessment in the financial stability reports were what it was.
