The conclusion was that he, he expected that there would be a request for a meeting and the impression I got that it was, it had to do with the major issue that was in the marketplace. My feeling at the time was that was largely a regulatory issue, but because he phoned me and asked me when the call came through from the institution, I met the institution, together with the Financial Regulator, for an initial meeting, and when the issue emerged, as I thought it would, that it would be primarily a regulatory issue, it was taken on by the Financial Regulator.
