Page 60. They just ask one very simple question: how common are soft landings? And they say that they looked at a number of soft landings - I'm sure it'll come up on the screen for you, Mr. Hurley, on page 60 - they say they looked at 49 different ones and they say, "If a soft landing is defined as something that is both mild and gradual, there has not been a single case out of the 49 boom-bust cycles." Not a single case of a soft landing.
