The overall growth in property lending was of course a key feature that was supplied to enable financial stability reports to be developed, but the detail of that within the different sectors and within different parts of that sectors wouldn't be something that the Central Bank would focus on. It focused on the overall and came to conclusions on that basis. The separation of functions, it was clear in the Act and we respected that.
